Jaideep Ahlawat Biography: A self-made well known actor Jaideep Ahlawat is an Indian Bollywood actor, known for his versatile acting skills and roles in movies. He have delivered some of the memorable performances in recent years. Over a decade, it has been of him being a part of acting career. He has worked in many films, web series and television shows. 

Early Life

Ahlawat was born on 8 Feb, 1978 in Kharkara village of Rohtak district in Haryana. He was born in a family of farmers and had a good and humble upbringing. He completed his studies from his village and after schooling moved out of the village and in delhi for further studies. He did his graduation from Film and Telivision Institute of India in Pune, where he learned for acting and filmmaking.

Education

 At first he wanted to become an army officer, But after disqualification in SSB interview, He ventured in the passion field of acting. In FTII where he did acting course, where in his other acting mates were Rajkumar Rao, Vijay Varma and Sunny Hinduja.

Career

After the completion of his studies, he started his career as a theatre artist. In Delhi and Mumbai he did worked in many theatre groups and get an experience of how it works. In 2008, he did worked in debut movie in a Hindi film industry with the film “Aakrosh” this film didn’t played well in box office but was appreciated by critics.

In these years, Jaideep worked in many movies including “Chittagong”, “Gangs of Wasseypur”, “Vishwaroop”, “Commando”, “Raazi” where he played mostly supporting roles in most of the movies and did left mark with his good acting skills and brilliant performances.

In 2019, he got his breakthrough role in Netflix web series “Paatal Lok”. In which he played a lead role of inspector Hathiram Chaudhary, who is a cynical cop investigating a high profile case. In this series his performance was praised so much and he received critical acclaim for the well portray of his character.

Awards and Nominations

He won Film fare OTT award for web series “Paatal Lok” for Best actor and was also nominated for awards like Zee sine awards/ star screen award and Film Fare award for his remarkable works like Commando (Best actor negative) and an action hero (Best Supporting actor).

Web Series

Some of his popular web series are  Bloody Brothers, The Broken News, Bard of Blood and Pataal lok.

In conclusion, He is a self-made actor, with absolutely no godfather get into the Bollywood and worked hard that now he is getting recognized through his remarkable works.
