Winget began her career in the 2000 film Raja Ko Rani Se Pyar Ho Gaya at the age of 15, and at the age of 18, she appeared as a supporting actor in the Indian film Kuch Naa Kaho. She went on to perform for numerous Indian television programs. Winget’s major break as a lead on television came with the program Karthika, in which she portrayed a struggling singer with grand ambitions.
She subsequently starred in Kasautii Zindagii Kay as the protagonists’ daughter, Sneha. She succeeded Sukirti Kandpal as Riddhima Gupta on Dill Mill Gayye in 2009. In 2013, she portrayed Kumud Desai in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s television series Saraswatichandra opposite Gautam Rode.
