Jimmy Shergill Biography: Jimmy shergill, a well-known Indian actor who made a good contribution in Indian Film Industry. His role in Bollywood movies was always appreciated and also worked in many critically acclaimed movies.

Early Life and Education

Being born on 3^rd December, 1970, in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh in India, His real name is Jasjit Singh Gill. He spent his childhood in Punjab and completed schooling from The Punjab public school, Nabha. After completing his schooling, he did a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from St. Stephen’s college in Delhi University.

Career

After getting the graduation done, He started his career as a model. His debut movie in Indian Film industry was the movie Maachis in 1996, where he played for short time span but working in that movie gave him some more opportunities to work in movies. He worked in movies like Mohabbatein, Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai and Dil Vil Pyar Vyar.

In 2003, he appeared in movie MBBS munna bhai, where his role as “zaheer” was appreciated and became one of his iconic roles. He also appeared in movies like Hum Tum, Yahan, Lage Raho Munna Bhai.

In 2013, he appeared in Movie like Special 26, playing the role of  Ranveer singh, this movie was appreciated a lot. In 2020, he appeared in movie Your Honour, playing the role of Bishan Khosla was widely appreciated. He then appeared in movies like Collar Bomb, Bhoot Police and Fauji Calling.
