Tyra Bank was born on 4th December, 1973 in Inglewood, California. She grew up in a supportive and close knit family and since from a young age, she was interested in fashion and modeling.

She attended Heart High School in Los Angeles, where she participated in many extracurricular activities. Also involved in theatre and in public speaking, which helped her develop the confidence and charisma,
After finishing her high school, she get into the Loyola Marymount University, where she learned communication and earned a degree in 1991. During her time at university, she continued her passion for modeling and began to gain recognition in the industry.

“America Next Top Model” whose aim was to discover and cultivate the aspiring models, this turned out in massive hit and ran 22 seasons, made bank a household name and solidified her reputation as a savvy businesswoman.
Apart from hosting a modelling show, she also hosted her talk shows Like “The tyra bank’s shows” which made her earning Two Daytime Emmy Awards for being informative talk show. She also get into acting and appeared in many films like coyote Ugly and Life-size.
Being a producer, she was also involved in many TV projects, like america’s Got talent. Apart from this she have written books, including the best sellers one “Modelland” and launched her beauty and skincare line, Tyra beauty.
