Rajnath Ram Badan Singh is one of the politicians of India who is serving as the 29th defense minister for the country. He was born on July 10 1951. He started his career as an physics lecturer and as RSS Swayamsevak. He is a well known person within the Bharatiya Janata party and is known for his hindutva ideology. Previously he served as the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh and also as a cabinet minister in the Vajpayee government. He also served as the President of BJP twice from the year 2005 to 2009 and then from 2013 to 2014.
